​How Do I Place An Order?

Place your selected items into the shopping basket. When you are finished shopping with us, proceed to checkout, where you may enter your shipping information and choose your method of payment.
Purchase of Beading and Chainmaille Tutorials

By purchasing any of our tutorials, you agree to these terms and conditions:

The tutorial is for personal use only. You may sell the pieces you personally make using our tutorial. We ask that you give credit to No Rules Design Studio, LLC, as designer.
You may not :
*Repackage, resell, reproduce, or distribute the tutorial,
nor any parts thereof.
*Sell kits which include our patterns.
*Create videos or instructional materials using our tutorials, diagrams, text, or pictures.
*Rename our tutorials.

Payment and Shipping

You may make payments using Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards,
You may also choose to pay via your PayPal account.
You will be charged only the actual amount of postage necessary to get your package to you.

No Rules Design Studio, LLC charges only the current postal rate for small priority mail flat rate boxes, for secure shipping.
​Returns & Refunds

We pride ourselves on the quality of our customer care.
Should you find you have damaged or missing items in your order, please contact No Rules Design Studio, LLC by email or by phone within 48 hours of receipt of your order. Please be specific as to which items are missing/damaged. We will do our best to work out a solution with you. Unfortunately, shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns of beading or chainmaille supplies will be accepted if the item(s) are undamaged in their original packaging, in full quantity, within 10 days of receipt of the goods. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

PDF files of beading and chainmaille tutorials are digital goods and are ineligible for refund once downloaded or emailed to you, the customer. All sales of our tutorials are final.
